MEP concept included centralized  Air conditioning system with chillers, Drainage system, Hot / cold water and waste water systems, Fire hose reel , hydrant, extinguisher & detection systems ,Electrical substation, HT and LT distribution, lightning protection, MATV,CCTV, PA, Telephone, audio/video intercom and standby generator systems.
